New video shows, with little blue flags, the homes that are currently IN default in Bakersfield CA. All of these homes have to go through a short sale, loan modification, or foreclosure for us to be able to see the light of day in this market, with NO (or at least FEW) homes entering default, before we see prices leveling out and starting to increase. Contrary to popular belief, the problem "is not over soon."
